Built in 2014, at Landermeads Nursing Home in Chilwell.
Materials user: 200 year old hand made reclaimed brick, sandstone cappings and large lantern to flat roof area.
Local period property, matching reclaim brick used with glazed lantern to centre.
Mr & Mrs Nobles contracted P Abraham Bulders due to our renowned reputation and quality of workmanship.
We were tasked with removing an existing swimming pool, demolishing a large concrete glazed area to the rear in order to create an open plan family area to the ground floor of the property.
Mr & Mrs Groves were extremely happy with the quality and detail of their new extension, built spring 2013.
We completed this project for Paul Fairweather in 2009, total refurbishment of a very nice property in The Park, Nottingham.
Contract carried out in 2010/11, we were recommended for the job by our architect Roger Bewers.
This is the 3rd contract we have done with Roger, and the clients were very pleased with the finished article, as was Roger and ourselves.
The Minton Tile floor to the hallway set the opening up very nicely, and the roof light in the flat roof gave a great deal of light to the kitchen and living/dining area.
A lovely period property using reclaimed bricks and natural stone for sills & heads with a modern kitchen and interior internally, creating an excelllent family space.
